Hey there! I'm Rochelle, and I'm excited to share with you how I ended up in the world of life coaching and why I'm so passionate about it.

Imagine this: I was enjoying life as a primary school teacher and loved working with children to help them thrive. But I needed a change. Something that fitted my innate strengths a bit better.

That's when coaching came into the picture. I dipped my toes into coaching through a work course, and let me tell you, it was like a light bulb switched on! I became enthralled with the idea of helping people soar to their highest potential. I went and had some life coaching for myself to help me figure out how to move forwards.

What drew me in was how coaching isn't about dwelling on the past or fixing what's broken. Nope, it's all about looking forward and figuring out what makes you tick—your strengths, values and purpose. Coaching is future focused.

I've seen coaching work wonders, both as a coach and as someone getting coached. It's so rewarding to see folks bust through their own barriers, shake off self-doubt, and step into their awesomeness.

But here's the real beauty: coaching creates a safe space where you can freely explore, make mistakes, learn and evolve—all without fear of judgment. As your coach, I'm here to listen attentively to you, ask you powerful questions and help you discover your next steps.

So why am I a life coach? Because I'm all about helping folks like you find your groove, shake your unhelpful self-beliefs and live your best life.

If you're ready to ditch the status quo and dive into something awesome, I'm here to help you do that. Let's do this!
