HOW DOES IT WORK?

​

  • Each team member will complete the assessment in their own time.

​

  • Following that, each member will have a 90 minute session with Rochelle to understand and celebrate their unique combination of strengths.

​

  • Rochelle will then meet with the Manager/Team leader to see what the specific needs are of the team. She will plan a teams session based on this feedback.

​

  • What follows at a later date is a 3-hour team session which is informative, fun, team-building, inclusive and positive.

​

  • Optional: Rochelle can meet with the manager after the team session to debrief.

​
